Q I want to loose 10kgs in 2 months, and can i drink bitter gourd juice to loose weight, is there any home remedy?
Bitter gourd has several health benefits but there is no evidence that it can help loose weight. The only succesful way to loose weight is to do regular exercise and follow a strict diet pattern. Following are some general tips to help you loose weight: Stop taking diet which contain fat or are rich in calories like cheese , butter, junk foods like pizza , burger etc. Reduce your intake of ice creams and coldrinks, Take a glass of Luke warm water add a spoonful of honey and lemon juice and drink it early morning on empty stomach. Include a bowl of mixed sprouts in your breakfast . In lunch include salads with your meal. Remember to eat small and frequent meals instead of three large meals . Prefer herbal tea at afternoon time especially tulsi green tea it has has slimming properties. Have a plate full of fruits in evening . Take your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Do exercise like walking ,swimming, skipping, cycling on regular basis at least 30 mins. Apart from this it is important to rule out any medical condition that is causing weight gain. In such cases treating the underlying cause is important.
